About Us and About Town

My wife, Sharon and I have lived here in Defiance for the past 23 years. We are proud to call this our Home. Collectively we have more than 35 years experience in the Real Estate business. In 2004 I received my Broker Designation and set up shop here in Defiance. In 2006 I completed both my GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) and e-PRO designations. Holden Realty has a motto, "If You Are Not A Leader, The View Never Changes". All of my agents and myself firmly believe this as we all continue to further our education in the Real Estate field to stay on top of the curve, enabling us to provide you with the best possible service.
